An 11,000 BTU propane heater and the R-20 to R-30 floor, walls, and ceiling insulation make it ready to withstand the cold Canadian winter. Plus, it’s ready for off-grid living with a 160 watt solar kit and fresh water storage tank.
The tiny house is professionally engineered and meets or exceeds CSA standards.
The price for base model starts at $65,000 CAD and customizations can be made.
