Tiny Giant is a huge and stunning tiny house built by Alpine Tiny Homes in Utah.
The tiny house is built on a 30′ base with a 7′ deck and a 2′ cantilever over the back. The exterior is a mix of Yakisugi pine siding and grey metal. Inside, the living room sits over the gooseneck and is large enough for two chairs, a built-in desk, and an entertainment center.
The client made the light fixtures using black steel pipe. The 17′ bedroom loft sits at the rear of the house and has a 10′ closet with storage chest.
Throughout the house is beetle kill pine siding and Cali Bamboo flooring, which provides an extra hard surface for the owners’ two dogs.
The galley kitchen is outfitted with knotty alder cabinets, Quartz counters, a 30″ sink with commercial faucet, a freestanding gas range, a counter depth refrigerator, and pantry space on either side of the kitchen.
A pocket door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find an on-demand water heater, extra storage, a vessel sink, corrugated metal shower surround, and a horse trough bathtub.
