Sprout is an awesome tiny house built by Mustard Seed Tiny Homes.

The 275-square-foot tiny house uses pine siding painted grey, white trim, and cedar shingles. French doors lead into a bright interior painted white for a more spacious feel.

Stained wood walls behind the bathroom sink and bedroom loft add warm touches of color. The bedroom loft is large enough for a queen sized bed and built-in side tables.

The kitchen has floating shelves, plenty of cabinet space, a freestanding range, and a refrigerator under the storage stairs.
